my stay exceeded expectations compared to my previous visit in munich. the location was unbeatable, just a short walk from marienplatz, and the room was nicely decorated and clean. breakfast offered a great variety, including freshly made eggs and delicious local pastries.

Excellent central location, just a short walk to attractions like Marienplatz. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, including freshly made omelets, and the large, clean rooms were very comfortable. However, soundproofing was inadequate, leading to disturbances from guests and the kitchen below, particularly in rooms on the second floor. Unfortunately, some rooms face a kitchen's exhaust fans, which can produce unpleasant odors when the windows are open.

Loved the cozy lobby with its inviting atmosphere. The unique shower soaps made of beer were a fun surprise! The comfy beds ensured a great night's sleep, and the complimentary snacks were a nice touch. I appreciated the modern bathroom setup, especially the body lotion provided.

I loved the central setting, just a few steps from St Peter's Church and a short walk to the beautiful Englischer Garten, making it easy to enjoy both the historic sights and nature during my stay.

The Platzl offers an outstanding experience with its incredibly helpful staff, particularly at the front desk who efficiently handled all inquiries. My Classic Double Room was not only spacious but also exceptionally clean and quiet, featuring a comfortable bed and a modern shower with excellent water pressure. Furthermore, dining at the Ayinger am Platzl restaurant made for a delightful evening, with authentic Bavarian dishes and attentive service. The hotel's central location provided easy access to key sights in Munich, such as Marienplatz.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional! ! Seriously, they had this amazing omelette station. fresh baked pretzels, juices. it was perfect before hitting the sights! Also, the location was super convenient, tucked away yet close to everything, so I could walk around without noise disrupting my chill time.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but for what you get, it’s worth it.
